Producer

After having worked for years in the classical music business as manager, Claudia changed carreers, starting with selling award winning short films (such as Oscar-Winner SIX SHOOTER by Martin McDonagh) to international broadcasting companies. In 2003 she co-founded Accento Films, a production company she is running together with award-winning filmmaker Elbert van Strien.

With Accento Films Claudia has produced psychological thriller TWO EYES STARING (ZWART WATER), which won the Grand Prix Best Film and Best Screenplay at Fantasporto 2011. Two Eyes Staring was sold to 30 countries and has been picked up by Charlize Theron and Lionsgate for an American remake. Further she has produced the multi-award-winning short THE HIDDEN FACE, and STILL WORLD nominated for Best Dutch Short and shown at New Directors/New Films (MoMA, New York).

Claudia further financed and produced the English language psychological thriller MARIONETTE, shot in Scotland and Luxembourg, and starring Thekla Reuten, Peter Mullan and Bill Paterson. Their current development slate includes projects for the Dutch as well as the international market. Claudia was a EAVE graduate in 2007.
